On the ground floor overlooking the garden, La Loge (or Lodge), has its own entrance and furniture from all walks of life, making it a small charming pavilion with accents of terroir. Its centerpiece organized in mini loft (kitchen, dining room, living room) is fully open on a private court where you can read, play, eat. On the ground floor and close to the pool this rental is very popular with families with young children but also by people for whom the stairs "are not the cup of tea" (French expression (?) Which means that we like not)

The South Apartment is originally for 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children in bunk beds in a loft configuration (kitchen, dining room, living room, office), around which are satellite rooms and bathroom, its 180 m2 opening both to conviviality and calm. Privileged adolescents it is also popular with parents with young children who can play and run while staying under their eyes. So open it is very good for couples of friends. At certain times this accommodation is subject to discounts for families of 4 people (including children).

Le Logement des propriétaires
The owner's apartment is the one that is most in the spirit of the "Factory" of the nineteenth. L'appartement Gorsse
Not available as a vacation rental we still have in La Gaudane the Gorsse Apartment, named after the first patron of the Fabrique du Fourmiguier, name that was that of La Gaudane at the time of its construction (1881-1885). If it appears anyway here it is to better understand the spirit that has led to the rehabilitation of the plant in housing, in the respect of the original spirit, the great spaces, the structures of the nineteenth that does not mask not the interior and furniture arrangements, though they are very offbeat.
